It has great lyrics. Great structure and beat. Honest vocals and again, lyrics reflective of my own. Named after one of Blink’s early bands.

Skyler and I enjoyed this video. Skyler had to watch it four or five times in a row, saying “wow”. I love the shoot near the end of Earth. Thanks for link Chris.haircut today.

headsets + optimism.
such, procrastination is an evil.
am I back on track?
I doubt it.
But the optimism is nice.
Last night at work. Bored.
I miss school. Moments with people I love, respect and look up to.
Man, I had some great times.
I will never forget those.
I miss you guys.
All of you.
Oh. Silly WMU, Can’t believe
I miss that shit.

Don’t do it. Just don’t. I pre-ordered an album yesterday. It was supposed to automatically download by midnight, today. It didn’t. Apple didn’t register my pre-order until 1:39 in the afternoon, finally making it available for me to download the order.
Okay, pre-order. Waiting. Second, wait first. Then you can download it at midnight and have the music minutes later. Wow, Apple, you are messed up on the concept of what a pre-order is supposed to mean. Lame. Lammmme chili beans.
Shame, shame, dame, fame, you will go down in flames.
I am really looking forward to this. This is John Nolan, from Straylight Run, for those who don’t know. Also Tegan and Sara new release out tomorrow as well. Too bad I am sick, but hopefully it will be a grand day. Off to work. Toodles. Johnny Foreigner’s new album is also being released from overseas. You can listen to my entire new album right here….http://music.aol.com/new-releases-full-cds/#/14

Brand New at the Roseland Theatre, in downtown Portland. I just looked at the bottle and was surprised how well Mr. Yager and I came together. But the venue was great. Medium size. Many young children at the show who nothing more than one album of Brand New - but that is expected in today’s shows of looks and blows.
Anywho, I wanted to share my opinion of Brand New. Jesse’s performance was amazing. And I have to honestly say I am glad I had a chance to see them, probably for the last time. He played many older songs, - awesome. But I figured out two things, one, I learned what makes a great concert. Two, Brand New’s new album is just mediocre and I am not leaning towards it.
One.
I realized what a “good” concert is, for me. I used to think it was seeing the actual band live, no that’s not it. There are too many people, hard to see the stage. And, hell I don’t idolize musicians. They are human, like the rest of us. I do respect them, but I am not going to declare my love for them. But to be honest, this Portland crowd was just AMAZING at singing along with the older songs. Just amazing.
And that is what I enjoy. A entire group of kids singing songs together. Just amazing. I loved it. I think Jesse thinks too highly of himself, I don’t I would want to meet him even if I had the chance (I can explain if you ask me, but his little personality on stage is just over the edge). But I really think those three or so minutes connecting with every other 150 kids there singing is something that gets overlooked. I mean, 4 or so people standing on stage, - big deal, not much of a visual. Loud music - of course, its a concert. But singing along with so many other passionate kids - that’s something you can’t find on a daily basis.
Two.
This is negative, and I apologize, but after hear those new songs from Daisy live. They are not nearly up to par. Sorry, but hear “At the Bottom” live was actually annoying. It is so repetitive. It likes hearing the same set of lines in the same style five or six times. Please, give me another song. I am just surprised the members of Brand New are pleased with the quality of the album. But it’s their lives, not mine.
Also, Daisy is the best song on the album, and also surprised they didn’t play it live. Okay, night all. PS - I am getting excited again for design. Or art. And Starbucks is sooooooooooo boring. Shit.
